Billing & Credits

How Billing Works
Credit System
Credits are the currency of FixPanic. You use credits to:
- Run agents (based on runtime)
- Access premium features
- Use advanced AI models
Wallet
Your Wallet holds your balance of credits. Credits come from:
| Source | Description |
|---|---|
| Subscription Grant | Monthly credits included with your plan |
| Top-ups | One-time credit purchases |
| Promotional | Bonus credits from promotions or referrals |
Viewing Your Balance
Find your credit balance in several places:
- Dashboard Overview - Credit balance widget at the top
- Settings > Billing - Detailed billing dashboard
- Wallet History - Complete transaction ledger
Credit Consumption
Agent Runtime
Credits are consumed based on agent runtime:
Credits Used = Active Agent Hours × Rate per Hour| Agent State | Credit Consumption |
|---|---|
| Running | Consumes credits |
| Paused | No runtime credits (storage fees may apply) |
| Stopped | No consumption |
Tip: Pausing agents when not in use is a great way to save credits!
Usage Tracking
Monitor your usage in Settings > Billing > Usage:
- Daily breakdown - Credits consumed per day
- Per-agent usage - Which agents consume the most
- Projected usage - Estimated monthly consumption
Subscription Plans
FixPanic offers several subscription tiers:
| Feature | Free | Pro | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly Credits | 100 | 1,000 | Custom |
| Max Clusters | 1 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Max Agents | 2 | 25 | Unlimited |
| Support | Community | Priority | Dedicated |
