Dashboard Overview
Understanding the main dashboard view and system metrics
The Dashboard Overview is your landing page when you log in. It provides a high-level snapshot of your entire FixPanic deployment.
System Overview Panel
At the top of the dashboard, you'll see three key metrics:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Active Agents | Total number of agents currently in "Running" state |
| Cluster Health | Overall health status across all clusters |
| Credit Balance | Current available credits in your wallet |
Health Indicators
| Status | Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Healthy | Green | All systems operating normally |
| Warning | Yellow | Some agents or clusters may need attention |
| Critical | Red | Immediate attention required |
Agent Grid
Below the system overview, you'll find the Agent Grid - a card-based view of your most recently active agents.
Each agent card displays:
- Agent Name - Friendly identifier
- Status - Running, Paused, or Stopped
- Cluster - Which cluster the agent belongs to
- Last Activity - When the agent last performed an action
Quick Actions from Agent Grid
Click on any agent card to:
- View detailed logs
- Pause or restart the agent
- Access configuration
Navigation Sidebar
The left sidebar provides quick access to all dashboard sections:

Real-time Updates
The dashboard automatically refreshes to show:
- Agent status changes
- New agent connections
- Cluster health updates
- Credit balance changes
Note: Data refreshes automatically every 30 seconds. You can manually refresh by clicking the refresh icon in the header or pressing
R.
Filtering and Search
Global Search
Use the search bar in the header to quickly find:
- Agents by name or ID
- Clusters by name
- Recent activity
Keyboard shortcut: Press / to focus the search bar.
Status Filters
Filter the agent grid by status:
- All - Show all agents
- Running - Only active agents
- Paused - Temporarily stopped agents
- Failed - Agents that encountered errors
Common Dashboard Tasks
Check System Health
- Look at the Cluster Health metric in the overview panel
- If not "Healthy", click on it to see which clusters have issues
- Navigate to the affected cluster for detailed diagnostics
Find a Specific Agent
- Press
/to open the search bar - Type the agent name or ID
- Click on the result to view agent details
View Recent Activity
Recent activity is shown in the agent grid, sorted by last activity time. For more detailed activity:
- Click on an agent card
- Select the Logs tab
- View real-time or historical activity
Dashboard Customization
Dark Mode
Toggle dark mode from:
- Settings > Appearance
- Or click the theme icon in the header
Notification Preferences
Configure which events trigger notifications:
- Agent status changes
- Cluster health alerts
- Billing notifications
Access via Settings > Notifications.
Mobile Access
The dashboard is fully responsive and works on:
- Desktop browsers
- Tablets
- Mobile phones
On smaller screens, the sidebar collapses into a hamburger menu.
